Try our recipes for baby purees:

Banana Puree Peel and mash 1 banana with a fork. Blend banana together with a small amount of milk or yogurt to thin out the texture.

Banana-Avocado Puree Peel and mash ½ avocado and ½ banana. Blend avocado, banana, and 2 tablespoons of applesauce. Blend with breast milk, formula, or water to reach desired consistency.

Carrot Puree Peel 1 pound of carrots and dice into 1 inch segments. Boil in a covered pot for 25 minutes. Blend carrots and 1 cup of water until desired consistency.

Rice Cereal Bring water and rice powder to a boil, while stirring constantly. Continue whisking and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve warm. Add in fruit, formula, or breast milk if desired.
