DOT Physicals

Patient First provides Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations in compliance with all federal regulations. Certified providers are available at most Patient First centers and can examine drivers on a walk-in, non-appointment basis from 8 am to 8 pm every day of the year.

All Patient First designated examiners are Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) certified, have received extra training on DOT policies and procedures, and are exceptionally well qualified to ensure that our client's employees meet federal DOT requirements.

DOT Medical Examiner Schedules & Locations

Patient First FMCSA certified medical examiners are scheduled to work at some, but not all, centers each month. Last minute schedule revisions due to illness or other reasons, are possible. To avoid inconveniencing your employee, please use the links below to find your nearest center with certified medical examiners on duty during the current month. If you send an employee to a center at a time when a designated DOT examiner is not on duty, the employee will be shown the schedule and asked to return when a DOT examiner is available or referred to the next closest Patient First location where a certified DOT examiner is on duty.

IMPORTANT: Please check in advance to confirm a certified DOT medical examiner is available at the center of choice before sending a driver for an examination.
