Dr. Mark Paster joined Patient First as a staff physician in 2009. In March of 2012, he became the Assistant Medical Director at the Laurel center and in December of 2012, he became the Medical Director at the Alexandria center. He is an alumnus of Old Dominion University. Dr. Paster earned his medical doctorate in 2000 from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia and completed a family medicine residency at Franklin Square Hospital in 2003. Dr. Paster is board certified in family medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the Academy of American Family Physicians and the Northern Virginia Medical Society. Dr. Paster was voted as Washingtonian Magazine's "Top Doc" in 2005 and 2008.
