Billing Text Notifications

During registration, patients can choose to place their credit card on file. After your insurance determines what, if anything, you owe for your visit, that amount will be charged to your credit card. Amounts under $25 will be automatically charged. If the amount is over $25, you will receive a text message notifying you of the upcoming charge.

If you prefer, you may pay the remaining balance prior to the scheduled charge date with any valid credit card or HSA card by visiting the make a payment page.

You may make a payment with any valid credit card or HSA card by visiting the make a payment page. Or, you may use this form to contact our Patient Accounts department. You may also call the Patient Accounts Department at (800) 527-2335.

You may request an itemized statement by completing this form. Patient First will mail a copy of the itemized statement to the address on file for the account.

COVID-19 Test Result Text Notifications

If you receive a PCR Molecular Test or a COVID-19 Antibody Test, you may opt during registration to receive your test result via text message. Your result will also be available on the Patient First Patient Portal and the LabCorp Patient Portal (Virginia and Maryland Centers) or the Quest Diagnostics Patient Portal (Pennsylvania and New Jersey Centers).

The text message will also include a link to the COVID-19 section of the Patient First website which includes answers to frequently asked COVID questions such as What do I do if my COVID-19 result is positive? What do I do if my COVID-19 result is negative? How do I view and transmit my test result to an employer, school, or other entity?

Visit Tracker Text Notifications

All patients who provide their cell phone number during center sign-in will be texted a visit number and a link to our “Visit Tracker” where they can track their progress in the registration and treatment queues.

If you provide your cell phone number during center sign-in you will be texted a link to the “Visit Tracker”. If you can’t open the link you can access the “Visit Tracker” by going to the bottom of the appropriate center page of the Patient First website.
