Health Matters – Spring: Healthy Weight and Allergies

The Health Matters brochures help keep you informed about seasonal health topics. The Health Matters – Spring brochure provides information about weight control and ways to combat obesity. It also discusses allergies, including information on ways to distinguish between allergies and a cold, and how allergies may be prevented and treated.
