MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Victor McGlaughlin joined Patient First as a staff physician in January of 2012 and is currently the Medical Director of Bayview. Dr. McGlaughlin received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York, and he received a medical degree from the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed a residency in family medicine at Martin Army Community Hospital in Fort Bennings, Georgia, and he completed a fellowship in faculty development at the University of Chapel Hill School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Dr. McGlaughlin is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
