Dr. Victor McGlaughlin started working for Patient First as a staff physician in January 2012, and he is currently the Medical Director of Bayview where he is responsible for all aspects of medical operations. He received his Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York in 1979. He furthered his education and graduated in 1986 from the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland with a degree in medicine. Dr. McGlaughlin completed an internship and a residency in 1989 at Martin Army Community Hospital family practice program in Georgia. He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
