Todd Phillips, M.D.

Dr. Todd Phillips joined Patient First as a staff physician in November of 2019. Dr. Phillips received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Penn State University in University Park, Pennsylvania, and he received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed a residency in family medicine at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. Dr. Phillips is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
