Shivani Patel, FNP

Mrs. Shivani Patel joined Patient First as a family nurse practitioner in September of 2024. Mrs. Patel received a Bachelor of Science degree in communication sciences and disorders from Penn State University in University Park, Pennsylvania, as well as an accelerated Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Utica College in Syracuse, New York. She also received her Master of Science degree in nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Patel is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
