Bio
Dr. Rodney Thompson joined Patient First as a staff physician in July of 2018, and he previously served as the Medical Director of Hampton. Dr. Thompson received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, and he received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He completed a residency in family medicine at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dr. Thompson is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
