On Friday, June 26th, Patient First was proud to sponsor and participate in Langley Air Force Base’s 2026 Summer Crossbow Games, an exciting day dedicated to teamwork, friendly competition, and community spirit. The annual event brought together military personnel from across the base to compete in a wide variety of individual and squadron events, showcasing both athletic ability and unit pride.
Competitors challenged themselves in activities including a 2-mile run, fishing, bowling, kickball, cornhole, pickleball, volleyball, golf, and softball. With squadron bragging rights and championship honors on the line, the competition was spirited from start to finish. Every event highlighted the determination, resilience, and camaraderie that define the men and women who serve.
Throughout the day, as competitors and spectators took breaks between events, Patient First representatives were honored to engage with military members and their families. Our team shared information about the comprehensive healthcare services available through Patient First, answered questions, and connected with members of the community in a welcoming environment.
Supporting events like the Summer Crossbow Games reflects Patient First’s ongoing commitment to the military community. We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the dedication and service of our nation’s heroes while promoting accessible, high-quality healthcare. It was a privilege to be a part of the event, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Langley Air Force Base at future community events.
