Now Accepting Horizon New Jersey Medicaid Plans

As of July 1, 2019, Patient First centers located in New Jersey (including Hamilton, Delran, Cherry Hill, Vorhees, Woodbury, Sicklerville) will accept Horizon Medicaid for urgent care services. New accepted Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield plans include Horizon NJ Family Care and Horizon MLTSS.
