Turning Up the Heat at Musikfest 2026

Big crowds, live music and temperatures pushing 100 degrees. Bethlehem, PA’s Musikfest 2026 had it all!

Patient First was excited to return to the Lehigh Valley for one of the area’s biggest annual celebrations. Named the Best Music Festival in the U.S. by the USA Today, the 43^rd annual Musikfest is the country’s largest free music festival that attracts more than 1 million visitors over 10 days each year. This amazing event gave us an incredible opportunity to connect with the community and the region, since it attracts visitors from all over.

And connect we did.

Throughout the day, we met new residents, reconnected with past patients from across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and beyond, and heard plenty of kind words about the quality and accessibility of Patient First care, and how clean and inviting our centers are. Our team also provided blood pressure screenings for fest-goers throughout the day.

We powered through temperatures in the upper 90s while keeping the energy high and interacting with festivalgoers of all ages throughout the day and into the evening hours.

With free performances filling the festival grounds and country artist Bailey Zimmerman headlining the evening, there was no shortage of excitement and great music. Even Mother Nature cooperated, keeping the forecasted thunderstorms away.

Hot? Absolutely. Busy? You bet. Worth it? Without a doubt.

Musikfest remains one of our favorite “legacy” events, and we’re already looking forward to doing it all again next year.
