MD State Fair 2026

The gates have just closed for the 147^th Maryland State Fair, and for a fifth year, Patient First was proud to be a major sponsor of this celebration of agriculture, culture, and family fun!

Once again, we greeted people with our table and tent right at the entrance gates for two of the Fair’s three-weekend run. We literally saw tens of thousands of people come by to visit, telling us their stories of the top-notch quality of care they received at so many of our centers. This being a State Fair, you’d expect it to draw crowds from all over, and it did just that. We’re not just talking about locals like Towson, Lutherville, Catonsville, Bayview, Perry Hall, Owings Mills, and Columbia—we met with people from York, PA, Waldorf, Virginia Beach, and even Alexandria, VA! The interactions we had with everyone were absolutely wonderful. Almost everyone we spoke with had been a patient of ours at one time or another, and those who weren’t familiar were certainly interested in what we had to say. Our promotional items were quite the draw, with many people commenting that we “always give away the best stuff,” and on three of the four days we were there, we performed over 100 free blood pressure checks.

This is always one of the most exciting events of our event season, and we certainly look forward to continuing to be a part of this end-of-summer tradition for years to come!
