Flying High at Lehigh Valley Balloon Festival

For two days in late August, hot air balloons filled the sky, and Patient First was right in the middle of the action.

More than 13,000 people turned out for the two-day Lehigh Valley Hot Air Balloon Festival. Perfect weather meant plenty of balloon launches, along with music, fireworks, a laser show, lots of great food and beverages, and of course the popular nighttime Balloon Glow. It was a beautiful sight to see so many fun and colorful balloons in the air, in addition to those that were tethered to the ground for event-goers to enjoy.

We returned for our fourth year as an Event Sponsor, offering free blood pressure checks and distributing lots of giveaway materials. In addition to enjoying two days outdoors in perfect weather, we had a great time meeting festival-goers from throughout the Lehigh Valley, many Pennsylvania locations and even several surrounding states. This event has a huge draw.

Our Patient First-branded balloon basket set up right near our tent was a popular photo stop, and it gave visitors the opportunity to climb in to snap pictures throughout the weekend.

The event organizers enthusiastically welcomed us back and took great care of us throughout the weekend, a reflection of the strong relationship we’ve built over four years at the festival.

This event seems to get bigger and better each year, and this year was no exception. With great weather and a huge crowd both days, it was another fun and successful weekend for Patient First. We hope to keep the momentum going and return to participate in this amazing event in 2027.
