Dr. Eyako Wurapa joined Patient First as a staff physician in February of 2020. Dr. Wurapa received a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania, and he received his medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He also received a Master of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Wurapa completed an internship in internal medicine at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington D.C., and he completed a residency in family medicine at Martin Army Hospital in Ft. Benning, Georgia. He also completed a residency in general preventative medicine at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research in Silver Spring, Maryland. Dr. Wurapa is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
