Dr. Minneci is a Staff Physician at the Woodman Road center.  He is from Long Island, New York, and a graduate of Syracuse University, where he received a B.S. degree in Biology, and Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica, New York, where he received the Theodore Max Surgical Residency Award.  He joined Patient First in 1997 and became the Medical Director of Short Pump in 1999.  Dr. Minneci transferred to the Woodman Road center in February of 2009.  Dr. Minneci is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
