Dr. Garcia joined the physician team at the Pasadena center in January of 2009.  An alumna of California State University, she earned her medical degree from the UCLA College of Medicine in 1998.  She completed an internship and residency program in family practice at the Glendale Adventist Medical Center in Glendale, California, in 2001.    She completed a Faculty Development Fellowship at UCLA in 2002.  Dr. Garcia served as an attending physician at this hospital until her family relocated to Maryland in 2004.  Dr. Garcia is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
