Dr. Douglas joined Patient First as a Staff Physician at the Indian River Road center in 2008.  A graduate of University of Virginia, he received his M.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University-School of Medicine in 1996.  Dr. Douglas completed his Residency in Family Practice at Altru Hospital University in North Dakota in 2001 before returning to the Petersburg, Virginia area.  Dr. Douglas moved to the Parham Road center in July, 2009.  Dr. Douglas is Board Elligible in Family Medicine.
