Mr. Hepner joined Patient First at the Short Pump center in 2005.  He is an alumnus of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.  He received his Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia, in 2005.  He transferred to the Carytown center in the summer of 2007.  Mr. Hepner is certified with the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
