 | | | Moghadam, Faranak - M.D. | | | Medical Director | Schedule | | Dr. Moghadam, who is responsible for all aspects of the medical operations at the Laurel, Owings Mills, Pasadena,and Waldorf centers, is a 1988 alumna of Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts. She was involved in cancer research for several years prior to completing a master’s degree in physiology at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., in 1991. Dr. Moghadam is a 1995 graduate of Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. She conducted her residency at Prince George’s Hospital Center in Cheverly, Maryland, serving as chief resident in her final year. Dr. Moghadam joined Patient First in 1998 as a Staff Physician before her current appointment as Medical Director at the Laurel center. In 2006, she added the duties of Medical Director at the Owings Mills center and was appointed Medical Director at the Pasadena center upon its opening in August 2008. Dr. Moghadam was instrumental in the opening of the Waldorf center, and was appointed medical director there upon its opening in February 2009. Dr. Moghadam is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. |
