 | | | Farooqi, Shazia - M.D. | | | Staff Physician |  Schedule | | Dr. Farooqi joined Patient First as a Staff Physician at the Midlothian center in 2006 after completing her family practice residency with Carilion Health System in Roanoke, Virginia. She transferred to the Genito center in May 2009. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree in Pakistan, and completed a residency program in Pakistan before moving to the United States in 2001. She volunteered with local free clinics until beginning her family practice residency in 2003. Dr. Farooqi is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. |
