Dr. Mendoza, who is responsible for all aspects of our medical operations at the Perry Hall and White Marsh centers, is an alumna of the Far Eastern University School of Medical Technology, class of 1984, and a 1988 graduate of Far Eastern University Institute of Medicine in Manila, Philippines.  Dr. Mendoza conducted her residency at Ghent Family Practice/Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She served as a staff physician at Baltimore Medical Systems/Bel Air Road Family Health Center in Maryland and Paris Community Hospital and Family Medical Center in Illinois. She joined Patient First in 1997 as a Staff Physician before her appointment as Medical Director at Perry Hall in 1998.  She accepted the Medical Director role at White Marsh with the opening of the center in November of 2008.  Dr. Mendoza is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
