Mr. Baldwin joined Patient First in 1995 at the Parham Road center.  He is a 1979 alumnus of George Washington University and earned a Master of Health Services degree from the University of Washington in Seattle in 1990.  In his more than twenty-five years of service as a Physician Assistant, he has practiced in Seattle, Washington; Washington, D.C.; and Anchorage, Alaska.  He has also served on numerous public committees for the coordination and planning of Emergency Medical Services.  Mr. Baldwin is certified with the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants and a Fellow with the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
