Dr. Risa Kramer began her career with Patient First in July of 2012 at the Owings Mills center as a staff physician. She is a 1980 undergraduate of the Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, earning a bachelor of arts degree. Dr. Kramer graduated in 1985 from the Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, Georgia and completed her family practice residency at Franklin Square Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland in 1987. Dr. Kramer is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
