Dr. Malik joined the Midlothian physician team in 2008.  A native of Karachi, Pakistan, Dr. Malik attended the Sinda Medical College in 1989 before moving to the United States in 1998.  She attended the Family Medicine residency at Warminster Hospital in Warminster, Pennsylvania, the Forest Park Residency Program in St. Louis, Missouri and finished at the Wichita Falls Residency Program in Wichita Falls, Texas in 2006.  Dr. Malik is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of both the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians.
