Workers' Compensation
  • Point-of-Entry medical care
  • Referral to qualified specialists in network
  • Post-accident drug screens with medical evaluations
  • Breath alcohol testing (at designated facilities)
  • Blood alcohol testing
 
Physical Examination and Drug Screen Testing
  • Pre-employment physicals, including Department of Transportation (DOT)-regulated, pre-employment drug testing
  • DOT-regulated drug testing
  • For-Cause or Reasonable-Suspicion drug testing
  • Audiometry
  • Blood alcohol testing
  • Breath alcohol testing (at these designated facilities):
